Y1 Y2 Axis Control

 

Adopt Germany Rexroth fully-closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control

technology, slider positon signal is feedbacked to controller by Italy GIVI grating

ruler, the the CNC controller adjusts the amount of fuel tank by changing the

synchronous valve opening size, Hereby controlling the slider (Y1,Y2) running on

 

the same frequency,maintaining the parallel state of the worktable.

X-axis and R-axis Driven Servo Motor


The backgauge is controlled by servo motor with X-axis automatic adjustment function, and Z-axis stopper can be adjusted up and down and moved left and right along with the double track.

Quick Clamp 


The upper die tools are mechanical clamps, with higher safety when worker changing dies.
