6.The Press Brake adopts full closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo synchronous control technology. The position signal of the slide
block is fed back to the CNC controller by the grating ruler on both sides, and then CNC controller controls the opening size of the
synchronous valve and adjusts the quantity of the oil cylinder, so as to control the slide block (Y1,Y2)to run at the same frequency
and always keep the parallel state to the working table.

7.CNC controller will automatically control the deflection compensation of the worktable, in order to achieve uniform angle on full length
of the workpiece according to machine process state.

8.Using hydraulic crowning method or mechanical crowning method, the workpiece with uniform precision over the whole length
of the worktable can be obtained. The hydraulic crowning is composed of a group of oil cylinders in the lower working table, which
can make the working table move relative to each other and form an ideal curve with convection to ensure the relation between the
relative position of the sliding block and the bearing force remains unchanged. The compensation amount is determined by the CNC
controller according to the thickness of the plate and the material characteristics.

RAM POSITIONING SYSTEM
 

In this system, each cylinder operates independently. Linear encoders are mounted on a separated subframe on each side of the machine. These encoders combined with servo-hydraulic valves and the CNC command center, provide a 0.001mm accuracy and the ability to program all ram positions, speeds, and ram tilt. The decompression point is also programmable, this feature along with programmable speeds is very useful when bending large sheets.

X-axis and R-axis Driven Servo Motor


The backgauge is controlled by servo motor with X-axis automatic adjustment function, and Z-axis stopper can be adjusted up and down and moved left and right along with the double track.

Backgauge adopts horizontal installation shell structure with high stability, single shell double guide rail, high precision, X-axis drive, automatic controller.
Stop finger fravels along the double guide rail in left and right.

Quick Clamp 

The upper die tools are mechanical clamps, with higher safety when worker changing dies.

The dies are made by 42CrMo steel, hardness after heat treatment up to 42 degrees, ensuring the die service life.

Standard Toolings

Standard double-V down dies with different size and various shaped slots for choice, convenient for exchanging dies, capable for bending regular plates, with high cost-performance ratio.

PRECISE ANGLES

The numerical control system controls the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve and forms a fully closed-loop digital control method of the bending depth through the feedback of the grating ruler. The CNC system can automatically calculate the bending depth according to the selected mold angle, opening, R size, and sheet thickness. The imported grating ruler directly measures the position of both sides of the slider and has a throat deformation compensation mechanism to ensure the consistency of the same.
