Slider synchronization control
It adopts advanced electro-hydraulic synchronous closed-loop technology. Y1-Y2 axis is the independent motion axis of two sliders controlled by the numerial control system. Two magnetic scales are installed at both ends of the machine tool, which are used to determine the exact distance between the slide and the table, and the magnetic scale is connected to the table through the frame(c-frame), which minimizes the influence of column deformation on the position of the slide. The position data when the slider is running is immediately fed back to the numerical control system, which can measure and output the servo valve control signal S1-S2, control the output flow of the two electro-hydraulic servo valves, and synchronize the two cylinders, and this position measurement process is closed-loop control. The use of electro-hydraulic synchronization technology can make the machine have anti-bias load force and have eccentric load processing capablities.
